I am using 4 DHP-306AV unit (ie base + 3) very successfully. I have acquired 2 more used units which don't work. When plugged in and connected to something (eg my TV), all the lights show green. The left and centre solid green the right flashes occasionally. Can you suggest how I can get them to work?

There is a user guide available for downloading. It is hosted on the official website of the manufacturer/developer. Access the PDF file and you will find information on how to configure the Utility to work with your devices including the TV.
